  • We have an exciting opportunity available for an Account Executive on our Security portfolio of shows. ISC is a well-established brand and a highly respected event within the security industry. It is the largest physical security event in North America.

In this role, you will be primarily focused on Cyber Security new business and renewals and establishing new business for our east and west coast shows and also for ISC news, our digital publication.

Knowledge of or interest in the security industry is preferred.

We are looking for passionate sales people to join our family. Aside from all the usual requirements of a sales role we are especially looking for individuals who are going to add value and support our growth. You will be joining a team of people who love nothing more than to speak to clients, understand what makes them tick and how they intend to grow their business and celebrate together after a successful show. The events industry is back after a difficult time and is ready to embrace the changes the last two years have presented us with. We invite you to come and be part of our transformation as we strive to hit new levels and explore new ways of accomplishing our goals.

What can you expect from us?

We will respect your time and your talent, and ask the same from you in return!

We will judge you on your output, not how you choose to organize your day – we understand that kids need to be picked up, the dog needs to be walked, and the post office closes at 5pm!

We will support you with world class employee resource groups across a range of topics including Wellness, Diversity & Inclusion, career, and personal education

We will encourage you to ask why and invite you to be part of the conversation about your role, the company, and our goals

We will surround you with all the advantages of working for an industry leader in its field and a globally renowned growing parent company!

We will give you the tools to do the job ranging from competitive, modern sales enablement software to helpful data and territory management tools to manage your day to day tasks (we just ask that you do your part to keep our data clean and valuable!)

We will give you the push you need to grow and develop existing or new skills and be patient while you learn them!

We will support your career with clear progression opportunities as well as possible intercompany/department moves

    What we ask from you:

You will be an advisor to companies that don’t yet know the power an exhibition, digital platform or convention can have on their brand awareness and customer interaction.

You will be an innovator and think beyond how things have always been done, offering suggestions to make things better for the future. At the same time be able to follow our tried and tested processes that’s made us successful.

You will embrace the magic of the show and be flexible when things don’t always go to plan.

You will have a plan, know your strengths and development areas and ask for help when you need it.

You will work hard for your overall team as well as yourself!

You will know what it means to do a sales role and embrace all of its tasks, even the boring ones, with courage and humor.

You will be open to new ways of working when needed and embrace the RX way of selling.

You will have the confidence to ask the questions that need to be asked of your clients, colleagues and managers!

You will remember to unmute yourself before speaking.

Sound interesting? We hope that you speak to us and see if RX is somewhere you want to work – we can’t wait to meet you!

The job you are applying for is subject to a COVID-19 vaccination requirement. The successful candidate will be required to submit proof of vaccination showing their last dose of a COVID-19 2-dose vaccine or one dose of a single dose vaccine approved or authorized by the FDA or WHO and maintain up to date vaccination as recommended by the CDC.  If you are unable to be vaccinated due to a medical condition or a sincerely held religious belief, practice, or observance you should speak to a recruiter about requesting an exemption/accommodation.
