An exciting opportunity has opened as the lead copywriter for the Passenger Experience portfolio at the world’s biggest exhibition company, RX. The three brands within the portfolio are global leaders in their markets for the future of PAXEX, ranging from food, beverages and amenities to cabin interiors, inflight entertainment and connectivity,  

We are looking for a talented and passionate copywriter to work alongside a Marketing Manager, and a wider group of specialist marketing and PR teams, to create and deliver engaging omni-channel campaigns, globally.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Being a key part of developing customer journeys, creating messages and managing scheduled campaigns for our key audiences. Includes building out content for key channels; email, PPC, blog and social.  
  • Active role in creating, re-purposing and re-positioning SEO-friendly content, curating one large concept / idea and building out to deliver consistency of campaign and message across multiple channels, both on and offline. 
  • Managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter accounts, owning the channel plans and creating and distributing the content accordingly - making sure it’s delivering against agreed tone of voice and house style and is measured against agreed engagement KPIs 
  • Be a brand guardian - produce ‘on-brand’ content which will ensure execution of creative, content led campaigns 
  • Be confident and passionate about testing the performance of different types of content, in order to refine and drive the future content strategy. 
  • Ability to deliver engaging video content, introduce and champion ‘moving image’ as a key part of the content mix, driving engagement and measured return 

  

Ideal candidate profile 

  • Strong copywriting skills for different channels – primarily LinkedIn, email, PPC and website
  • Fluency in English
  • SEO experience a major plus 
  • Strong time management skills, able to multi task, prioritise workload and meet deadlines 
  • Strong attention to detail at all times 
  • Knowledge or interest in the airline, passenger experience or F&B industries would be a plus
