Job Purpose:  Responsible for managing and delivering digital and direct marketing campaigns across agreed channels, portfolios and shows  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Reporting on performance across campaigns and channels, providing insights and recommendations on how to optimise in order to hit agreed metrics
  • Management of paid social campaigns, working with agencies and the Content and Community team to align, ensuring clear planning, execution, and delivery. Performance measured against agreed engagement KPIs, being optimised as required
  • Working with a digital agency to deliver the pay per click campaigns including analysis of keyword search volumes to identify strong keywords for campaigns
  • Delivering A/B and other testing methods to ensure insight led decisions to develop the customer journey and platform optimisation
  • Collaborating with the Design and Content teams in order to create integrated, creative, campaigns which are optimised by channel and drive customer engagement
  • Developing and delivering campaign performance reports - presenting to the business and senior management in order to demonstrate outputs and inform future campaigns
  • Work with the Content and Community team to ensure that content delivery, across web platforms, (CMS, e-commerce, blogs etc) is done to agreed plans, quality and that content is optimised for best return and performance
  • Work proactively with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Service and Shows, to ensure that advertising, sponsorship and revenue commitments are delivered and optimised

Ideal Candidate Profile will have the following skillset:

  • Tagging, Pixel and cookie knowledge (GTM, GA)
  • Management of Analytics tools and digital platforms
  • CMS (EpiServer / Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) / Nova)
  • UX / UI
  • HTML / CSS
  • Javascript
  • Display Advertising
  • Search Marketing
