The Digital Campaign Manager will work as part of our commercial team to facilitate the fulfillment of advertising campaigns across our range of games media brands and websites.

Not only will you be working with some of pop culture’s biggest brands, this role will also support and help deliver campaigns globally through the full commercial lifecycle, securing creative, campaign delivery, monitoring and fulfilment, reporting and relationship management.

The role is ideal for someone already experienced in the world of advertising campaign management, or fulfillment and wants to take on more responsibility at a large publisher. It would particularly suit someone with a keen interest in video games, gaming culture and pop culture in general.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the end to end execution of online display advertising campaigns, including working closely with the sales team on campaign KPIs, designers for creative, clients for tags and reporting, our trafficking team for delivery, optimisation and post campaign reporting and analysis.

  • Take ownership of the ad campaign delivery process to ensure creative is supplied at the correct time by internal design teams, external clients and creative agencies.

  • Work with our commercial team, our external clients and their agency partners to provide reports and detailed statistical analysis on delivered advertising campaigns.

  • Develop and maintain the necessary knowledge to understand the full campaign delivery process, enabling smooth delivery of campaigns that exceed our client’s expectations.

  • Commitment to mastering campaign delivery processes, relevant software and how to use all internal systems and tools required to manage a campaign and to maintain an appropriate level of knowledge of those systems.

  • Maintain sales materials such as ad spec sheets, inventory spreadsheets and proposals, including forecasts and campaign estimates.

  • Ensure all campaign delivery processes are strictly followed.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Some demonstrable experience managing ad campaign fulfillment.

  • Helpful, detail oriented and calm under pressure.

  • Excellent skills using Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Ability to deliver against multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of attention to detail with excellent organisation and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with proven internal and external relationship building skills.

  • A strong, autonomous work ethic with a high degree of determination and drive.

  • A positive attitude and team mentality.

  • Technically minded, online savvy and numerate.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Basic understanding of HTML an advantage.

  • Understanding of Photoshop or similar design packages.

  • Practical business or administration skills.

  • A passion for pop culture, video games and entertainment culture in general.
