About the team & role:
The Digital Coordinator is a hands-on central services function that supports Event set-up, provides first line of support, explores alternative digital solutions, advocates for digital channels and products to all teams and supports local digital projects. This role constantly applies efficiency audits to existing digital processes and is part of product enhancement feedback to global product owners, representing this BU’s requirements.
The Digital Coordinator is responsible for existing platforms and new enhancements to be implemented and communicated to the business at a local and global level.
This role is also responsible for optimising the customer journey and exploring more value innovations. The focus will be on digital adoption rates and revenue generation through improvements of existing products or finding new digital solutions.
Our central Digital team works closely with IT, marketing and other business verticals. This function drives digital solutions, products and innovations tied to the customer experience. This team works closely with all Digital Product owners and developers to ensure we mutually share best practices, plan pilots, report on adoption as well as communicate relevant pipeline developments.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and maximise a revenue-generating digital strategy to provide strategic digital support to the event teams.
Ensure fulfilment of all current digital products, platforms and tools.
Manage and work closely with the marketing and event teams to ensure smooth implementation of those projects.
Report progress and issues to internal and external stakeholders.
Ownership of Google DFP (ad trafficking, best practice, recommendations and reports).
Demonstrate cross-functional influencing and relationship building skills across a broad range of stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven IT/digital product experience across B2B and B2C sectors.
Sound knowledge of the digital landscape including websites, apps and ad-tech.
An understanding and or experience in utilising digital marketing technology tools and solutions is preferred.
Strong project management skills whilst working under pressure and in a changing environment.
Clear and succinct communication skills and ability to build rapport and influence.
Ability to put the customer experience at the forefront of all projects.
Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to be focused on end results.
Flexibility, resilience and a strong eye for continuous improvement.
