Our Central Marketing team is a highly collaborative group that supports all US trade shows and events by creating and executing on all marketing plans. The Central Marketing department consists of speciality groups dedicated to Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, Marketing Delivery, and Graphic Design.

DIGITAL MARKETING ASSOCIATE JOB SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Associate is an entry-level role responsible for developing digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on the overall brand marketing strategy and customer journey lifecycle. You will handle projects across multiple digital platforms to drive registrations, leads, awareness, and engagement for our unique portfolio of B2B tradeshows in the US.

Specifically, Digital Marketing Associate responsibilities include:

  • Produce email templates and email marketing campaigns within Eloqua
  • Provide innovative design ideas and best practices for email marketing efforts
  • Create imagery for digital marketing campaigns using Adobe Design Programs and Canva
  • Manage website content, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date, and that the navigational experience is user-friendly and accessible
  • Create landing pages that are linked to from email content to enhance the customer journey and drive increased email and website engagement
  • Support digital marketing campaigns on our self-serve online advertising platforms (mainly Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads)
  • Implement A/B testing across various platforms, and share results to drive ROI
  • Comprehend and implement the specific content and messaging of your targeted audiences, and based on their stage in the customer journey lifecycle
  • Use key marketing performance metrics and appropriate tracking tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Understand and execute projects against the marketing strategy while proactively contributing ideas to add value to the overall marketing campaign
  • Manage projects across multiple shows and share frequent status updates with marketing managers and marketing directors

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of marketing work experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced working environment—functions well under pressure and flexibility to work with unpredictable deadlines and schedules
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects at the same time. Coordinates with managers, directors and support teams to meet project deadlines
  • Collaborative team player who works well in a team setting and across departments
  • High attention to detail
  • Professional level knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HubSpot, Eloqua or other marketing automation platform preferred
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign and Canva preferred
  • Ability to travel 3-4 times per year
