We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team to help increase awareness of our products and services and drive engagement with our activities to our target markets. It’s a multi-faceted role that will see you planning, producing and executing rich cross-platform campaigns to achieve targeted lead generation and increase brand positioning as well as supporting the day to day marketing strategy and product execution for the wider marketing team. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinating and implementing magazine communication and lead generation campaigns for our Webinars, Whitepaper, Podcast and bespoke event products across all marketing mix channels including email
  • Managing content set up on our magazine CMS systems
  • Using eMarketing programs to create and build all regular social artwork and banners to be used to promote our lead generation and database growth campaigns
  • Assisting with social agency briefings and production for all PPC, Paid Social and Paid Digital campaigns and optimising them to ensure lead targets are met
  • Assisting with web banner advertising for our clients through Double Click including setting up campaigns, optimising and tracking all live campaigns and providing post campaign reporting
  • Co-ordinating regular generic product promotion for webinars, whitepaper and bespoke event collateral to grow database/ ensure lead generation targets are met
  • Assist with creating, planning and executing lead generation social media activity as appropriate for our breakfast briefings, bespoke events and exhibitions as appropriate
  • Work with Senior Marketing Exec to conduct regular analysis and tracking of both online & offline lead generation campaigns to problem solve delivery issues and inform ongoing best practice
  • Managing on site social media for the magazine when exhibiting at events & delivering breakfast briefings or bespoke events for our clients
  • Research– involvement in compilation and distribution of surveys, innovating website content, tracking competitor landscape
  • Managing general social admin for team including social enquiries, moderating conversations on social channels

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Strong experience in digital and social media marketing – at least 2-3 years’ experience in relevant role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills able to multi task and prioritise workload
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Experience in a publishing background would be an advantage
  • Online content management / web skills necessary
  • Basic understanding of HTML / Strong IT Skills
  • Strong attention to detail at all times
