The Digital Platform Executive is responsible for configuring an event management system to produce customer facing web pages, forms and functionality necessary to support Hosted Buyer programmes.You support a portfolio of customer portals and networking tools.This includes configuring new portals and managing integrations to ensure a seamless customer journey across our internal and external systems. You will work closely with the event teams in delivering and supporting the systems whilst adopting best practices and common approaches.As the systems are continually being enhanced you will be required to plan and run testing exercises. This is a hands-on role and we are looking for a solid technical understanding of content management systems and or web based portals/ platfoms.You must be enthusiastic and a keen learner, who is selfmotivated and can use your initiative in this fast changing environment.

• Manage the on-going configuration of the SaaS software (Hosted Buyer) platform to meet the needs of the event teams • Provide on-going support and management of the software through each event cycle • Act as a liaison across the digital, data and event teams to coordinate requirements, timelines and progress • Communicate best practice, new functionality and deliver training to Hosted Buyer staff • Working with 3rd party suppliers to assist in the planning of event specific system deliverables and new releases of software • Test new system functionality • Identifying and reporting bugs and issues to development teams • Identity best practices and recommend processes for standardisation • Set up, plan and manage the integrations from internal systems • Provide reports and dashboards for the team and shows

• An excellent understanding of content management systems, web forms, HTML, CSS, web configuration and testing • Able to build effective relationships and influence key stakeholders • Able to work calmly under pressure with great attention to detail Very organised; able to multi-task, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines • Both self-sufficient and an enthusiastic team player • Excellent customer service in a high pressure environment • Experience in working to configure or support web based portals • Previous experience working in Events or Travel industries would be advantageous
