WHAT’S COOL ABOUT THIS JOB:

The Account Coordinator will primarily focus on project management and supporting relationships with some of our most important clients and customers, engaging in both live event and digital sponsorships. This role will work closely with the Director of Sponsorship Services and our Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships team to develop and execute bespoke activations and fan engagement campaigns for our sponsors.

BRING YOUR PASSION AND EXPERTISE:

  • Execute media and experiential campaigns for our stable of well-known brand partners, from start (i.e. brainstorming, initial budgets) to finish (i.e. post-show reporting)
  • Manage multiple high-profile accounts; effectively manage up and across the internal organization
  • Maintain an eye for detail on all activations big and small, while communicating with the team to meet deadlines and drive awareness
  • Apply a deep understanding of our sponsorship/media product offerings across multiple events
  • Strengthen key account relationships, understanding customer’s business goals and plans
  • Be innovative in your approach and always think about what will authentically appeal to the audience while also delivering the results that your clients are looking for
  • Support sales reporting and data management in Salesforce
  • Partner with Sponsorship Product team to manage the “XP” product lineup on a global scale

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • College degree in a relevant field OR equivalent business training/experience
  • 1+ years of prior account management/project management preferred
  • Experience in sponsorship and/or media in the entertainment or pop culture industries is a plus
  • Event industry experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong copy writing skills are required
  • Professional level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and always willing to take the initiative to create something new; We want you to be a creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Flexible and able to adjust within a fast-paced work environment
  • Not afraid to ask for help, say “I don’t know”, and always learn from your mistakes
  • Some domestic and possibly international travel is required. Approximately 6-8 times per year
