The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated recent Graduate/Junior Marketing Analyst with an interest in marketing operations, ideally with change management and business communication training experience to join our Global Marketing Solutions team.  You will contribute ideas and learn new skills in an environment which draws upon diversity and fosters innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adoption of Global Marketing Solutions: act as a key resource to support RX business units from around the world to adopt our best practice marketing tools and processes.  Help to identify and respond to specific local needs.
  • Documentation: help with the documentation of best practices and the design and production of effective training materials and “how to” guides.
  • Training and Communication: help deliver effective training and act as an expert point of contact for user questions and problems.
  • Develop Solutions: work collaboratively to improve our marketing tools and practices to ensure they remain relevant in a rapidly changing marketing environment.
  • Reporting and Analytics: support the development and adoption of reporting and analytics on usage and effectiveness of marketing solutions.
  • Build effective relationships across RX to gather insights, ease adoption and share best practices.
  • Build deep expertise in marketing tools and best practices using insights from inside and outside RX.

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Knowledge of marketing concepts and procedures
  • Experience with change management or business communication trainings
  • Ability to think analytically and break down problems and information
  • Experience of working as an effective member of cross functional teams
  • Robust skills in documentation creation
  • Builds working relationships easily
  • Data savvy - can communicate and present complex information effectively
