Reporting to the Operations & Event Production Director, you will assist in planning, managing and implementing all the operational and logistics aspects of the assigned shows.
Key responsibilities include management of floor plans, conduct brief on required visuals and layouts, liaising with venue and working with exhibitors on booth approvals and handling relevant enquiries. On a functional basis, you are the key point of contact interfacing with the Project Team.
You must have the ability to plan, negotiate and supervise the performance of vendors, including stand contractors, freight forwarders, utilities and other suppliers to ensure smooth operational execution pre and during event.
You will also need to liaise with venue owners, government and other key agencies for application and approval of relevant permits and licenses.
