With your team, you will be responsible for

  • Advocacy for selling solutions that meet customers’ needs and that help them to accomplish their goals
  • Being a standard bearer for Value-Based Selling, supporting our French business to become ‘Value-Selling Ready’
  • Developing an effective working relationship with the Sales Director in RX France and their team
  • Defining the learning programme that supports the sales learning plan, aligning every effort with the business goals and ensuring learning outcomes are directly linked to KPIs and measurable business outcomes
  • Ensuring proposed solutions are tested with your colleagues and stakeholders and that sales managers accountability for making your efforts successful are clear from the beginning
  • Providing coaching, training and learning materials in French
  • Making proactive use of insights to iterate your work to meet the changing needs of the business and our customers
  • Demonstrating and reporting back on outcomes and learnings ongoing
  • Building networks across functions to achieve the sales learning plan objectives
  • Encouraging cooperation between all team members
  • Providing clear instruction and direction to others

  • Has a least 5 years’ experience in B2B sales as an account manager, new business manager or sales team leader
  • Has experience of delivering training workshops being a coach or mentor to other sales professionals
  • Is able to effectively identify and analyse problems and propose solutions
  • Has experience of working with all levels of the sales organisation to apply different perspectives
  • Is able to both actively listen to and effectively question to understand another’s viewpoint
  • Is able to challenge others where necessary and uphold standards
  • Fluent French language proficiency or DALF (Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française)
