DESCRIPTION
The Sponsorship Fulfillment Team at Reed Exhibitions is a dynamic group of detail-oriented individuals who execute our exhibitors’ media programs. The team works closely with many other departments, as well as with exhibitors themselves, to ensure all deliverables are met, and managed to deadlines. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, but also likes the behind-the-scenes work that makes an event come to life. JOB SUMMARY
The Sponsorship Associate is responsible for the execution of all exhibitor media programs, logistics and overall execution against exhibitor customer experience before, during and after the event.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work directly with Sponsorship Fulfillment Coordinators and assist with collecting customer based assets
Work directly with customers both pre-show and onsite
Help on the day-to-day outreach to ensure proactive and effective touchpoints across a targeted list of customers
Manage and assist in the review and execution of media sales onsite at assigned shows
Work closely with Event Sales team and partner groups to ensure a successful Customer Experience for assigned portfolio
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A. Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
B. Knowledge and Skills
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Problem solving skills
Demonstrates personal motivation
Ability to quickly learn and utilize sales data systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel (advanced knowledge preferred), Word and PowerPoint
Understanding and/or proficiency in Web Advertising, Graphic Design, and Social Media Channels
C. Experience
One year in Business environment – with education or training in the fields of Marketing, Marketing Services, Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Support or Web Marketing
D. Travel
As required
